Charles L. Clark, 83, of Aurora, IN, passed away Sunday, March 3, 2024.
He was born March 14, 1940, in Lawrenceburg, IN, son of the late Earl Jacob Clark and Bessie (Kimmon) Clark.
He served his country as a member of the United States Navy. He came from a family of servicemen, including his father, several brothers and also a sister all served their country.
Charles worked as a Union Carpenter for 20 years, then went to work for the City of Aurora, with over 12 years of service.
Charles loved to hunt, and fish. He enjoyed all things outdoors. Charles was a big baseball fan, specifically a Cincinnati Reds fan. He really loved time with his family.
Charles is survived by his children, Charles “Brian” (Marie) Clark, Kevin Luker, and Kelly Clark; 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Bessie; his loving wife, Marilyn “Kaye” Clark; son, Steve Clark; and 11 brothers and sisters.
Friends will be received Friday, March 8, 2024, 10:00 am – 12:00 pm at the Rullman Hunger Funeral Home, 219 Mechanic Street, Aurora, Indiana.
Services will be held at the Funeral Home, at 12:00 pm.
Interment will follow in the Oakdale Cemetery, Dillsboro, IN.
