Charles F. Devore, Jr., age 68, of West Harrison, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, February 2, 2025, in West Harrison, Indiana. Born on October 18, 1956, the son of Charles and Dora “Sally” (Glass) Devore, Sr., in Hamilton, Ohio.
A carpenter with Union Local #2, Charles married Debbie (Laake) on May 2, 1992, in New Trenton, Indiana.
Charles is survived by his wife, Debbie Devore, children, Shane Schlueter, David Devore, Josh Tidwell, Chrissy Conley, Heather Brown, and Hadassah (Billy) Connor, several grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers, Kevin (Trish) Devore and Larry (Kathy) Devore.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Sally Devore, Sr. and sisters, Rita Devore, Carolyn Devore, Wilma Jester, and Charlotte Harris.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. until the time of Celebration of Life at 6:00 p.m., with Todd Wolf officiating, all at Jackman Hensley Funeral Home, 215 East Broadway Street, Harrison, Ohio 45030.
Memorials may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
