Charger Linksters Place 3rd At Seymour’s Cougar Invitational

The North Decatur Chargers played in the Cougar Invitational at Shadowood Golf Course in Seymour, Indiana during the Weekend. Trinity Lutheran was the host school of the event. The weather was great throughout the day, and the course was in excellent condition.

Fishers took first place with a team score of 320. The individual low medalist was Owen Munkholm of Fishers, who shot a 78 on the day.

The Chargers were able to take third place out of 10 teams and were led by Collin Bryant, whose score of 82 was good enough for 6th overall in the event. A score of 83 carded by Carson Parmer earned him 8th overall on the day. They were followed up by Jack Koehne with an 89, Austin Gould who shot a 102, and Cejay Parmer with a 104.

This was the first of four 18-hole tournaments the Chargers will play in this year and, overall, they performed well.

The Chargers play again this Friday, May 7th at home vs. Connersville.
