Central Indiana man sentenced after admitting role in Capitol breach

GREENFIELD, IN — A Central Indiana man will serve 60 days on house arrest for his role in the January 6 U.S. Capitol riots.

Israel Tutrow of Greenfield will spend a total of 36 months on probation and will be ordered to pay $500 in restitution.

The sentence comes after Tutrow admitted to parading, demonstrating, and picketing inside the Capitol Building.

Three other charges against him were dropped as part of a plea agreement.
