Ripley County youth earns highest Girl Scout honor
Batesville, Ind. — Ripley County youth, Josie Wessler has earned the Girl Scout Gold Award, the highest honor a Girl Scout can receive.
The academy is for newly promoted or seasoned officers and is a four-month course.
The incident began Wednesday at 10:54 a.m.
