Carol Sue Chapman, 80, of Dillsboro, Indiana, formerly of Lawrenceburg, Indiana passed away Saturday, April 16, 2022.
She was born August 25, 1941, in Milan, IN, daughter of the late George Diefenbach and Eva (Lattire) Diefenbach.
Carol was an owner and secretary for Valley Milk Company, formerly the L.E. Chapman & Sons Inc. She also worked for Lee Memorial Health System in Cape Coral, Florida as an Assistant Manager in Food/Nutrition Services, retired in 2004.
She enjoyed collecting spoons and shot glasses. She also liked spending time knitting scarves and having lunch with high school classmates. Carol loved her family, especially her grandchildren and she will be greatly missed.
Carol is survived by her sons, Steve (Kristen) Chapman of Guilford, IN, Scott (Ellyn) Chapman of Lewiston, NY; grandchildren, Blake Chapman, Benjamin Chapman, Summer Chapman, Zoe Chapman; and great-granddaughter, Raven.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Eva.
Friends will be received on Friday, May 20, 2022 from 4:00-6:30 pm at the Rullman Hunger Funeral Home 219 Mechanic Street, Aurora, Indiana.
Memorial services will be held at the funeral home at 6:30 pm.
Interment will be at a later date in the Zion Lutheran Church Cemetery, Manchester, Indiana.
