The St. Louis Cardinals 6th Grade Boys Basketball team defeated The St. Mary’s Wildkats from North Vernon 28-19.
Cardinals Scoring. Eli Weiler – 2 pts; Conner Miles – 6 pts; Hank Ritter – 17 pts; Thomas Lohmueller – 1 pts; Evan Flaspohler – 2 pts.
Rebounds. Hank Ritter – 12; Thomas Lohmueller – 7; Conner Miles – 4; Flaspohler – 3.
Steals. Hank Ritter – 7; Thomas Lohmueller – 5.

The SLS 5th Grade Boys’ Basketball team went on the road Monday for a rematch against the St. Mary’s – North Vernon Wildkats losing 36-20.
The Cardinals kept it a close game at the half with a score of 14-10, but despite the boys giving some great effort in the rematch they fell short of a victory with a final score of 36-20.
The boys improved from the first game and played hard to very end.. The Cardinals were led in scoring by Ben Miller, with Henry Wanstrath and Sully Hill chipping in as well.
