Candy Blum Jansen, age 50, of Hamilton, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, June 26, 2024, in Hamilton, Ohio, surrounded by her loving family. Born December 9, 1973, in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, the daughter of Ernest “Butch” Lloyd and Beverley Rae (Stewart) Metcalf.
Candy, a 1993 Oak Hills High School graduate, married Jon Jansen on October 18, 2014, in Montgomery, Ohio.
Survived by her husband Jon Jansen. Mother of Samantha (Allen) Gingrich, Destiny Blum, Devin Jansen, and Savannah Schooley. Grandmother of Lily Gingrich, Ariana Gingrich, and Solana Wysinger. Sister of Doug (Tania) Dean.
Preceded in death by her parents Ernest “Butch” Lloyd, Beverley Rae Metcalf, stepfather Robert Metcalf, and brother Steven Lloyd.
A visitation will be held Monday, July 1, 2024, from 5:30 P.M. until time of funeral services at 7:30 P.M., with Pastor Shawn Crisman officiating, all at Jackman Hensley Funeral Home, 215 East Broadway Street, Harrison, Ohio 45030.
