SUMMARY:Ten Commandments at Lake Santee (weekly Tuesday)
DESCRIPTION:Jane Cochran Newburn\, retired Batesville teacher\, will teach the Ten Commandments so youth will be disciplined unto the Lord. In June and July\, every Tuesday from 10-noon at Lake Santee’s Big Beach youth will learn at least twenty ways to follow each Commandment. After the ten minute lesson\, youth will select from eight activities: tennis\, basketball\, football\, running\, limbo\, frisbees\, whiffle ball and swimming in the lake. For the physically challenged\, there will be card and board games. Each event is led by an athlete. Parents must sign a release form for each youth. Youth must bring a life jacket and a towel. Please bring a water bottle. Be sure your child has sunscreen. There are 30 volunteers to serve the Almighty God. There is no cost.

DESCRIPTION:Batesville\, Ind- Batesville Fire & Rescue is seeking interested organizations\, businesses and individuals to take part in this year’s parade on Saturday\, July 13\, 2019. \nThe parade is scheduled for 2 pm and the route begins at Batesville Intermediate and ends at Liberty Park.
