The 7th Grade Bulldogs fell to South Decatur last night 36-29.
The Bulldogs fought hard , but could not get over the hump at the end. The Dogs were led in scoring by Bryson Bonelli with 11. Bryson also pulled down 5 rebounds. Lyle Oesterling added 7 pts., Grant Peters 6, and Cole Pride rounded out the scoring with 5.
The Bulldogs will be back in action next Monday at Franklin County.
The 8th Grade Bulldogs improved to 2-1 in a physical game against South Decatur. After falling behind early the Bulldogs clawed their way back to take the win 43-42.
Eli Pierson led the charge with 15, followed closely by Zach Wade with 14. Cole Werner had 8 with a huge block to help seal the victory. Ian Loichinger played well on both sides of the ball and added 4 points. Travis Lecher and Ean Powers played lock down D and added 1 point apiece.
The Bulldogs will be back in action Monday against Franklin County.
