The Batesville 9th Grade Boys battled Jennings County in a hard-fought game which led to a 39-31 victory for the Bulldogs Monday.
Jack Grunkemeyer was the leading scorer with 11, while Hank Ritter added 7, and Gus Prickel and Carter Bohman each scored 6.
The Bulldogs next game will be the Batesville Invitational on Saturday morning as they host South Ripley, Jac-Cen-Del, and Milan.
The Batesville Boys Freshman team moved to 4-0 on the season after defeating Lawrenceburg 35-19 Saturday.
Jack Grunkemeyer led the team with 12 followed by Sam Johnson with 5. The Bulldogs will host Jennings Co. on Monday evening.
