East Central defeated Batesville 3-2 in boys tennis on Tuesday. Lleyton Ratcliffe and Adam Scott picked up wins at #1 and #2 singles for the Bulldogs. Batesville was defeated in three sets at both #1 and #2 doubles.
In JV, Batesville defeated East Central 4-1. Lyle Oesterling and Jackson Tracy won in singles along with the doubles teams of Jaden Smith/Jon Hoff and Chase Schwegman/Jackson Wanstrath.
The varsity is 2-3 on the season and the JV is 4-1. They will play against Lawrenceburg on Thursday.
