Bulldogs And Panthers Split Middle School Football Games

FootballBatesville’s 7th grade football team fell to Jennings County 20-6.

The Bulldogs scored first on a 7 yard pass from RJ Powell to Pros Moorman. Jennings County scored right before half to make it 6-6. It stayed this score until midway through the 4th quarter when JC returned a punt for a TD. On the ensuing kickoff the Bulldogs fumbled and JC returned it for another TD. Damon Grieshop, Adam Longstreth, and Jerimiah Lemmel played well for the defense. Kody Hooten, Logan Adams, and Ben Schebler opened good holes on the offensive line.

The 8th grade beat a very good Jennings County team 22-6 on Tuesday night.

The 8th grade offensive line consisting of Owen Hudepohl, Abe Peetz, Carson Fulton, Ethan Meyer and Max Foutch was dominate all night. The dominate play of the line opened several holes which allowed Isiah Riffle to score three touchdowns. Also playing very well for the Bulldogs were Braydon Linkel and Seth Gausman.
