BATESVILLE, IN — Batesville Primary School will once again have registration for the Mandarin Dual Language Immersion (DLI) program offered to incoming kindergartners for the 2022-2023 school year, according to BPS Principal Brad Stoneking.
Kindergartners enrolling at Batesville Primary School for the 2022-2023 school year have the option to participate in a Mandarin Dual Language Immersion program.
Batesville Primary School will offer a prospective parent information session on Thursday, April 7, 2022, at 6:30 pm in the BPS cafeteria. Families should park in the west side lot and enter the cafeteria doors.
Online registration will open following the prospective parent meeting. Enrollment in the Mandarin Dual Language Immersion program is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Families with a current child in the DLI program are not required to attend the parent meeting but must register for the program.
Spaces will be limited to 48 students. Students will be enrolled in the program in the order the online registration is received.
All incoming DLI students will still be required to attend the kindergarten orientation on April 14, 2022.
Once all the slots are full, the remaining students will be placed on a waiting list.
