SELLERSBURG, IN — Indiana State Police released more details on Tuesday about the little boy whose body was found last weekend in a wooded area in Washington County.
Investigators say the child’s remains were found inside a suitcase featuring the iconic “Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas” sign on it.
The child is described as a Black male, around four feet tall with a slim build, between five and eight years old.
State Police said he doesn’t match any missing children cases in Indiana, and they think he may be from out of state.
An autopsy did not indicate any obvious signs of death.
Investigators are now waiting on toxicology test results to see if those can yield answers in the case.
