DECATUR COUNTY, IN — The Body Safety Program parent meeting will be held Monday, December 6 at 6:00 pm at the Decatur County Family YMCA.
The Body Safety Program is a K-12 initiative aimed at combating child sexual abuse.
All students in Decatur County (Greensburg, North and South Decatur, St. Mary’s, and Carousel Play and Learn Center) will be participating in this program.
Attending the information meeting will prepare parents to talk with their children about what they learn at school.
Children cannot attend the parent meeting but child care will be provided.
The school presentations are sponsored by Decatur County 4 Kids, the local Child Abuse Prevention Council, and the Decatur County Community Foundation.
