Batesville won both ends of a middle school cross country home meet with East Central and Greendale Monday evening.
The Bulldog girls scored a perfect 15, and the Trojans 50. The Tigers had an incomplete.
“Emmalynn Allgeier led the entire field to take the individual victory. Molly Walter was next across the line with a 3rd place finish while Anna Ollier, Eisley Peters, Addi Fogle, Emma Robben and Maddie Balash followed right behind in 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th places to secure the dominant win,” the BMS coaching staff said.
Batesville won the boys race with 24, followed by Greendale with 37, and East Central 71.
“Cristian Peralta led the Bulldogs, finishing second overall. Simon Brelage crossed the line right behind him in third place, while Grant Luhman, Anze Vicente, and Salvador Schutte rounded out the scoring positions by placing 5th, 6th, and 8th. Additional varsity runners competing were Asher Black in 10th and Gavin Linville in 11th,” said BMS coaches.
