Batesville’s 8th Grade Boys Basketball team won its third-straight game on Thursday night, defeating South Decatur by a 40-6 score at home. All 11 players on the roster contributed to the win that saw South held scoreless through the first three quarters. Carson Meyer led the Dogs with 10 points and Brody Mauk followed with seven points. Max Walter added five points. Eli Denni, Levi Hunt, and Camden Kaiser scored four points apiece and Liam Wagner, Gage Lancaster, and Jackson Peetz each had two points. Batesville (4-2) is at Brookville on Monday night.
