Batesville repeats as IHSAA golf sectional champion after firing a 311 as a team at the postseason tournament hosted by Greensburg Country Club.
The Bulldogs’ Ian Hixson earned individual first place with a 3-over-par 73.
Other individual scores for Batesville were Jon Moody with a 75; Landon Raver shot a 78; Cooper Phebus carded an 85, and Caleb Laker finished at 87.
BHS, Columbus North, and Shelbyville were the teams advancing to the regional.
Individual golfers moving on to the next round include Greensburg’s Logan Simpson, who fired an 81.
