Batesville High School grad Zach Wade and the Adrian (Michigan) College baseball team takes on Rowan in the first round of the NCAA Division III World Series tonight (Friday).
It’s the third College World Series berth in the Bulldog program’s history.
Wade, who is a catcher, is a senior at Adrian.
He is the son of Dave and Andrea Wade of Batesville.
It’s the third college world series berth for the Bulldogs, who made it previously in 2008 and 2021.
