Batesville knocked off Rushville 6-1 in varsity baseball Monday on Youth League Night at the Dawg Pound.
Brayden Maple gave up 1 run on 3 hits with 3 strikeouts and 1 walk and got the complete game win.
Maple also led the offense with 2 hits, 2 runs, and an RBI.
Rylan Yeager added 2 hits and RBI.
Preston Blessing and Noah Weigel drove in a run a piece.
The two teams meet again at Rushville on Thursday night.
