(Batesville, IN) – The Theta Nu chapter of Batesville’s Beta Sigma Phi sorority recently donated to a pair of local causes.
Chapter members raise money for numerous charities and worthy causes with their annual Holiday Bazaar each November, as well as from the sale of homemade pies every Fall.
Sorority members presented a $250 check to Susie Rowland for the Batesville United Methodist Church’s Summer Food for Kids program, along with snack boxes and a $200 check to Batesville Primary School Nurse Laurie Krieg for the School Snack initiative.
“The sorority appreciates the continued support from the vendors and raffle donors, as well as all of those who attend the annual Holiday Bazaar fundraiser event,” said Beta Sigma Phi members.
This year’s Holiday Bazaar is scheduled for Sunday, November 3.
