(Batesville, IN) – The Batesville Water & Gas Utility has contracted with Dave O’Mara Inc. to replace water mains on the following streets:
– West Pearl Street, from Main Street to Vine Street.
– George Street, from Main Street to Vine Street.
– Vine Street, from Boehringer Street to George Street.
– Elm Street, from West Pearl Street to George Street.
– Walnut Street, from Boehringer Street to West Pearl Street.
The project is expected to be complete at the end of May.
Affected streets will be shut down in sections as the contractor moves along.
City officials say affected residents and businesses will be notified prior to work being done.
