Batesville’s 351 was second to the 334 posted by champion Noblesville at Connersville’s girls golf invitational. The event was held Saturday at Willowbrook. Lawrenceburg, Connersville and Franklin County finished seventh through ninth respectively. The full team standings provided by Connersville coach Steve Ruble were as follows:

Batesville coach Tom Meyer noted Emma Weiler finished second individually with a score of 78 and Josie Meyer was third with an 81. Franklin County Ad Denny Dorrel reported the following scores for the Lady Wildcats: Nicole Mears 93, Kelsie Brackney 102, Lillie Graf 104, Jacy Grimmeissen 126 and Kadence Leffingwell 134.
