Batesville hammered out 16 hits on the way to a 9-1 win over South Dearborn in varsity baseball in Aurora on Thursday evening.
Carson Meyer tossed 5 innings, allowing a run on 5 hits with 6 strikeouts.
Noah Weigel and Will Huber led the Bulldogs at the plate with 3 hits a piece.
Weigel was 3 for 5 on the night.
Rylan Yeager, Brayden Maple, Ronan Post and Tiago Batta each had 2 hits.
Meyer and Jackson Peetz also got on the stat sheet with 1 hit a piece.
Post threw two clean innings in relief with a pair of punch outs.
Batesville ends the regular season at 14-10 heading into sectional play next Wednesday against Lawrenceburg at the Dawg Pound.
