The 7th-grade volleyball team played a solid game to defeat Milan 25-22, 25-11. The team served well with Adalyn Placke earning 10 points with 2 aces. Vera Flannery served strong with 5 aces and a total of 9 points. Nya Moon added 7 points with 1 ace. Reese Richey chipped in 3 points. While Elsie Koehne added 2 points for the win. In the front row, the team is hitting stronger. Zoey Mathews and Nya Moon both had 3 kills. Vera Flannery had 2 kills and Elsie Koehne had 1 kill. Adalyn Placke had 2 hard hits toward Milan. In the back row, Allana Herbert, Harper Wagner, Brielle Maple, and Caroline Wiedeman all had good passing. The team is now 6-2.

The 8th Grade BMS Lady Bulldog Volleyball Team battled Milan in two closely contested sets falling just short by the scores 24-25 and 22-25.
Miki Gutzwiller scored 8 points including 3 aces. while Lydia Niese and Maci Smith chipped in 7 and 6 points respectively. Sarah Hunter added 5 points from the service line.
Lydia Niese earned 3 kills in 14 swings at the net, while Breauna Broshears earned 2 in 4 attempts.
