Batesville, IN — Batesville Mayor Mike Bettice has delivered his annual Christmas greeting to the community.
“As we begin to wish each other a Merry Christmas, let us remember all the good things that we have accomplished this year.
“May we all be thankful for our family, friends, and a community that is filled with kindness, support, and love.
‘Let us give thanks to our dedicated employees, businesses, volunteers, and organizations who work tirelessly for our community and residents.
“To our Veterans for their service to our country and community, the elderly for their examples, and our young residents for their hope and optimism.
“As we celebrate Christmas & the Holiday Season, let us spend time with family and friends. Let us use this time to reflect and count our blessings. May we remember our neighbors at this time of year.
“Enjoy the time we spend with our family and friends who are back home in Batesville for the holidays.
“On behalf of the City Council and the City of Batesville staff, I would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a most joyous New Year.”
