BATESVILLE, Ind. — The Batesville lions Club will be giving away Norway Spruce trees on Saturday, April 22, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm in the parking lot in front of Schmidt’s Bakery in Batesville.
The free trees are in celebration of Earth Day and Arbor Day.
In addition, the Lions Club will be collecting usable eyeglasses, hearing aids, old keys, clean reusable hospital equipment, small electronic equipment, and groceries.
