The Batesville Middle School golf team traveled to North Branch on Monday evening for a match against St. Louis and delivered a strong performance to continue their undefeated season.
The A team secured a commanding victory, defeating St. Louis 178–222. Stella Maple led the way with an impressive round of 42, followed closely by Jax Negovetich who recorded a personal best of 43. Cade Reinschield contributed with a solid 46 while Beckett Jones rounded out the team scoring with a 47.
The B team also came out on top, winning their match 204–269. Clayton Kaiser led the B team with a personal best score of 45. He was supported by Nathan Mehlon (51), Deacon Fledderman (53), and Jarod Zins (55).
Evan Ibold and RJ Schuerman both walked away with a birdie.
The Bulldogs are back in action Tuesday as they host Greensburg and St. Mary’s in their next home match.
