Batesville golf captured its third straight Eastern Indiana Athletic Conference title on Wednesday at the Links at Rising Star. As a team, the Bulldogs shot a 300.
East Central was the runner-up with a 303, followed by Connersville at 312; Franklin County, Greensburg and Lawrenceburg were all at 333; Rushville finished with a 354, and South Dearborn fired off a team score of 374.
Batesville junior Ian Hixson claimed EIAC MVP honors with a three-under-par 68.
Other individual scores for the Bulldogs were Landon Raver and Jon Moody both at 77; Cooper Phebus carded a 78, and Caleb Laker finished at 91.
