Batesville’s 8th Grade Boys Basketball Team was forced to play with a depleted roster on Monday night and fell 44-19 at Greensburg. After a large first-quarter deficit, the Bulldogs outscored the Pirates 19-17 inside the final three frames. Eli Denni, Levi Hunt, Liam Moon, and Jackson Peetz each scored four points for Batesville and Camden Kaiser added three points. Batesville (11-4) is on the road Tuesday night against Rushville in the regular season finale.
