The Batesville 7th grade middle school boy’s basketball open up the first round of the SEI Tournament with a win against South Dearborn by a score of 32-14. It was a great first win for the Bulldogs, has they had great effort on the defensive side of the ball holding the knights scoreless in the third quarter and 4 points in the fourth quarter. The Bulldogs recieved great help from their bench tonight as many guys stepped up when their number was called. Leading the way for the Bulldogs was Isiah Martin with 9,RJ Schuerman with 8, Hank Bohman with 7 , Trenton Taylor, Deacon Fledderman, Lee Degracia, Brayden Hochstetler all with 2 points each. The Bulldogs are now 15-2 and will face St. Louis on Tuesday night in the semifinals of the SEI Tournament at South Dearborn .
