DEARBORN COUNTY, Ind. — An Aurora man was arrested on charges related to last week’s crash that killed a Moores Hill man.
Indiana State Police say, Rocky McMurray, 47, was arrested after the investigation into the crash was turned over to the Dearborn County Prosecutor’s office, which issued an arrest warrant.
Police say the investigation determined that McMurray was intoxicated at the time of the crash, and tested over twice the legal limit on a breath test on the scene.
McMurray was arrested on charges of Reckless Homicide, Operating While Intoxicated – Causing Death, and Operating While Intoxicated While Endangering a Person.
