Augustus Gene “Noodle” Riechman, 55, of Letts, Indiana passed away at 6:58 p.m. on Monday, July 6, 2026, at Margaret Mary Hopital in Batesville. He was born on August 25, 1970, in Cincinnati, Ohio the son of Ervin Gene and Theresa Margaret (Comello) Riechman. He attended Western Hill High School. Noodle has lived in Letts the past 17 years and was employed at Creative Finishing for 22 years. He loved spending time with his kids and grandbabies and enjoyed riding his motorcycle and making people laugh. He is survived by his son, Aaron (Makayla) Riechman of Westport; his fiancée, Kelly Hood; his brothers, Mike “Beller” Riechman of Mooresville and Allen “Dink” Riechman of Milan; grandchildren, Heavenly “Doo” Riechman and Zaylee “Bitty Boo” Riechman; nephew, Allen “Bubby” Riechman, Jr.; nieces, Jasmine Riechman, Sophia Riechman, Jozie Riechman, Ashlee Shelton, Sydney Riechman. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Joe Comello. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at Bass & Gasper Funeral Home in Westport. A time of visitation will be held Saturday, July 11 from 12:00 p.m. until time of service at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
