Arlene R. (Henke) Eagle, 87, of Moores Hill passed away Thursday, April 30, 2026, at The Waters of Dillsboro. Arlene was born on Monday, July 11, 1938, in Manchester; daughter of Fred and Annis (Morling) Henke. Arlene married Lawrence “Bill” Eagle and was married for 50 years before his passing. She worked as a laborer at Seagrams for 20 years. Arlene enjoyed shopping, listening to music, and loved Elvis. She also loved cats and enjoyed watching television.
Arlene will be missed by her son Greg (Deidre) Eagle of Lawrenceburg; daughter Laura (Eric) Holland of Moores Hill; and grandchildren Isabel, Samantha, and Conner Holland.
Arlene was preceded in death by her parents Fred and Annis Henke; husband Bill Eagle; and grandson Justin Holland.
There are no services at this time. Memorials may be given in honor of Arlene to the donor’s choice.
