(Southeastern IN) – Southeastern Indiana is under a Wind Chill Advisory through 10:00 this morning.
The advisory was issued for Franklin County yesterday, while Ripley and Dearborn counties were added overnight.
Wind chills as low as 10-below zero are expected.
The National Weather Service says the cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
You’re urged to use caution while traveling outside, and wear appropriate clothing, along with a hat, and gloves.
