BROOKVILLE, IN — Firefighters from three departments were called back to a home on Canal Street in Brookville Monday when a garage fire rekindled.
The structure originally caught fire on Saturday.
The Brookville Fire Department received assistance from Blooming Grove and Cedar Grove when the fire rekindled.

FRANKLIN COUNTY, IN — It was a busy weekend for firefighters in Franklin County.
Crews from several departments battled a garage fire on Canal Street in Brookville Saturday afternoon.
Flames were reported to Franklin County Dispatch by a neighbor who witnessed them coming from the structure.
Firefighters from Brookville, Cedar Grove, and Blooming Grove responded.
The garage is reportedly a total loss.
There’s no word on what caused the fire or if anyone was injured.
Meantime, Cedar Grove firefighters were sent to a grass fire around 5:45 pm Saturday near Wewe Hill Road and Old State Road 1.
Mutual aid was requested from the New Trenton Fire Department.
