(Batesville, IN) — St. Louis Catholic School received a special visit from the Archbishop of Indianapolis Charles Thompson on Wednesday.

The Archbishop received a card from junior high students in Jenny Lents’ Language Arts classes on the feast day of St. Timothy and St. Titus, thanking him and letting him know they had prayed for him.

Archbishop Thompson spoke to the students about the Eucharistic Revival and shared his vocation story with them.

He then spent an hour in a Q and A session with St. Louis students, took a tour of the school, and popped into a few classrooms before departing to have lunch with area priests.

Archbishop Thompson was appointed the seventh archbishop of Indianapolis on June 13, 2017, by Pope Francis.
