The East Central AquaTrojans have two members winning events at The Boys Swimming Sectionals at Columbus North and The Milan Indians have a swimmer going to The State Finals.
Jackson Ketcham won the 200 Freestyle and Jacob Weber captured the 100 Butterfly Crown thus earning a trip to The State Finals. Fernando Gomez of The Milan Indians will be making a return trip to The State Finals in the 100 Breast.
EC placed 4th overall team wise behind champion, the host Bulldogs, Blooming South, and Bloomington North. Locally, Milan was 6th, Lawrenceburg 7th, Greensburg 9th, Batesville 10th, and South Dearborn 11th.
The Boys Swimming State Finals will be taking place on Friday and Saturday the 22nd and 23rd at The IUPUI Naditorium in Indianapolis.
