(Batesville, IN) — Amack’s Well Coffee House is asking the community to help families affected by flooding in neighboring communities.

The Batesville coffee shop announced Friday that it is collecting supplies for residents who have been forced from their homes and are relying on community support following widespread flooding.
Items being requested include:
- Bottled water and other drinks
- Prepackaged food that can easily be distributed
- Box fans
- Rubber gloves
The donation drive is being conducted in partnership with I Love Metamora, according to a flyer included with the announcement.
Donations may be dropped off in the lobby of Amack’s Well Coffee House at 103 E. George Street in Batesville.
Organizers said even a small contribution can make a significant difference for people dealing with the aftermath of the flooding.
