Activities suspended during Greensburg Schools online instruction period

GREENSBURG, IN — Greensburg Community Schools are suspending all extracurricular activities during the two-week online instruction period, which starts Monday and runs through the weekend of September 10 through 12. This includes high school and junior high sports. Activities scheduled for this weekend will take place, as scheduled.

All Greensburg athletic facilities will be closed to students from August 30 to September 12.  School corporation officials say they will attempt to reschedule as many missed events as possible.

The National School Lunch Program allows Greensburg Schools to provide meals for students in grades K-12. To qualify, the student must be registered in Greensburg Schools and must be in grades K-12.  No pre-school students qualify. Those who are interested are asked to sign up for meals on their school’s website.
