Mr. David Michael “Dave” Perry, age 49, of Vevay, Indiana, entered this life on August 2, 1977 in London, Kentucky. He was the son of Charles Edward and Nancy Sue (Bratton) Perry. He was raised in Edgewood, Kentucky and was a 1996 graduate of Lloyd Memorial High School in Erlanger, Kentucky. Dave was united in marriage to LaTasha Lynn Freeman on March 29, 2014 in Independence, Kentucky. Dave was a former chef for Tinks in Cincinnati, Ohio, for several years. He also worked in sales for Cincinnati Bell for a few years. Dave was employed by his father-in-law, Stan, at Freeman Tree Service in Warsaw, Kentucky for six years. He also owned and operated Perry & Son Tree Service for three years. Dave enjoyed listening to his favorite rock music and was an avid sports fan who especially loved cheering on the Cincinnati Bengals and Cincinnati Reds. Dave passed away on Thursday, November 5, 2026, at his residence.
Dave is survived by his wife, LaTasha Lynn (Freeman) Perry of Vevay, IN; his sons, Trevor Latham of Florence, KY, Jacob Roland of Vevay, IN; his daughter, Emma Perry of Vevay, IN; his father, Charles Edward “Charlie” Perry of Burlington, KY; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Stan and Shelley Freeman and family of Sparta, KY; his sister, Karla Perry of Cincinnati, OH; his paternal aunts and uncles; and his several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy Sue (Bratton) Perry, died December 20, 2024; and his step-father, Raymond Rolwing.
No services are being held at this time.
