Batesville’s Alexis Gallagher and Stella Maple qualified for the IHSAA Girls Golf State Finals as individual golfers following their performances at Saturday’s Regional at The Legends Golf Club in Franklin.
Gallagher shot a 74 while Maple carded an 82 and advanced via playoff.
As a team, the Bulldogs finished fourth out of 15 teams with a 342.
Franklin County edged Greensburg for the 11th spot at 411 through a tie-breaker.
Other individual results for BHS were Grace Saner and Madelyn Koehne both with a 93, and Makenna Moore fired a 107.
The IHSAA State Finals take place Friday, October 2 and Saturday, October 3 at Battle Ground Golf Course in Lafayette.
