(Cincinnati, OH) – An 18-year-old wanted in Southeastern Indiana was arrested when he was stopped for riding a bike on a busy downtown Cincinnati sidewalk.
The Cincinnati Police Department says Destin Howard was stopped riding a Red Bike on Saturday afternoon.
During the stop, police discovered Howard had felony arrest warrants out of Dearborn County, where he is accused of assaulting an officer and resisting arrest.
While police tried to cuff him, Howard allegedly attempted to run away, which led to officers deploying tasers.
Police say Howard also had a stolen, loaded handgun in his waistband at the time of his arrest.
