Batesville boys tennis shut out visiting Madison 3-0 on Saturday in a match shortened by rain.

“Rain at about an hour and 45 minutes into the match caused the match to be delayed and ultimately suspended,” said Bulldog coach Mitchell Taylor. “The overall result was a 3-0 win since the team match was decided before the rain suspended the match.”
BHS moves to 12-2 on the year.
The Bulldogs will host Rushville on Senior Night, Tuesday, September 15.
