(Columbus, IN) – Our Hospice of South Central Indiana has received a five-star quality rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, recognizing the organization among the highest-rated hospices in the nation for patient and caregiver experience.
The five-star rating reflects feedback from patients and their loved ones and highlights the compassion, skill and dedication of the Our Hospice team.
Measures include communication, emotional and spiritual support, timely care and overall care experience.

Our Hospice has served patients and their loved ones across south central Indiana for 46 years, providing compassionate care focused on comfort, dignity and Making Every Moment Count.
Services include hospice care, inpatient care at Our Hospice Center, palliative care and bereavement support.
