(Sunman, IN) – Sunman Town Council is changing its meeting night staring next month.
Officials say meetings are being moved from the third Thursday of the month to the third Tuesday in an attempt to increase attendance.
“We’d truly love to see more of our community involved. There are a lot of exciting things happening in Sunman, and your ideas, questions, and input matter,” town leaders wrote in a statement. “Get involved. Stay informed. Help shape the future of Sunman.”
August 20 will be the final Thursday night meeting.
Starting with the September 15 session, council meetings will take place on the third Tuesday of the month beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the Sunman Town Hall.
