Statewide Honor for BTD’s Holtel

(Batesville, IN) – Batesville Tool & Die (BTD) President Bob Holtel has been named one of the “125 Faces of Indiana Manufacturing” by the Indiana Manufacturers Association (IMA).

The recognition is part of IMA’s year-long celebration of its 125th anniversary, honoring 125 manufacturing professionals from across the state for their contributions to the industry.

Holtel has worked at Batesville Tool & Die, Inc. for more than 40 years.

He started his career as a Die Maintenance Associate in 1985 before working his way through many roles, including Vice President of Tooling, and President of Mexico Operations.

In addition to serving as BTD President, Holtel is a member of the company’s Board of Directors.

“I can’t begin to describe how vital Bob has been in the success of our Company. He has conducted himself professionally and fairly for his entire tenure,” said BTD CEO Jody Fledderman. “It would be hard to find anyone more dedicated.”
