(Osgood, IN) – Water service will be interrupted in part of Osgood on Monday, July 6 as the town’s water department continues the water main replacement project.
The water will be shut off on S. Buckeye Street from Hometown Auto to the Osgood Chiropractor office.
Also affected will be Shook, Short, and Andrews streets.
The Osgood Water Department says the work is necessary to improve reliability and service to customers.
Because of the service interruption, a Boil Advisory will be in effect Monday through Wednesday, July 8.
You should boil your water for one minute before drinking, cooking, making, making ice, brushing teeth, or washing fruits and vegetables.
Motorists should also be on the lookout for crews in the work zone, and drive carefully.
