(Oldenburg, IN) – Oldenburg Academy of the Immaculate Conception is pleased to announce the appointment of Jill Hollins ’98 as Principal, effective July 1, 2026.
Hollins was selected following a thoughtful and prayerful search process led by the Academy’s Principal Search Committee. She brings more than 20 years of experience in Catholic education and holds two master’s degrees in education. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) at Marian University.
Most recently, Hollins served as Oldenburg Academy’s Director of Institutional Advancement. As an alumna, parent, educator, and staff member, she brings a unique understanding of the Academy’s mission, culture, and community.
“Jill has experienced Oldenburg Academy from nearly every perspective, and that, combined with her 20 years in Catholic education, makes her exceptionally well prepared to lead Oldenburg Academy into its next chapter. I am excited to partner with Jill as we continue to strengthen our school for generations to come,” said Annette Hunger, President of Oldenburg Academy.
A 1998 graduate of Oldenburg Academy, Hollins has dedicated her career to Catholic education. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to fostering academic excellence, faith formation, and student success. Hollins resides in Batesville with her husband, Chris, and their children, Jack and Ava. Ava is a member of Oldenburg Academy’s Class of 2027.
“Oldenburg Academy has shaped my life as a student, parent, educator, and staff member, making it an incredible honor to serve as its next principal,” said Hollins. “As we prepare to celebrate our 175th anniversary, I look forward to partnering with our students, families, faculty, staff, alumni, and supporters to build upon our strong Catholic and Franciscan tradition. Together, we will continue to foster academic excellence, deepen our faith, and prepare young men and women to lead lives of purpose, service, and compassion.”
